It at first happened in the year 1934. The whole economic set up of the country was disturbed. However the real estate was not the reason at that time. But now it is certainly the reason. It has happened again and this time it is due to the real estate. It might be an old issue now but it has certainly opened the eyes of most of the people. Almost all the people felt that they were in danger. But most of them realized that they have to wait for some time. It all started in the year 1999 when the banks started to give the loans without any security. Most of the people were found to misuse their credit cards. But they were not been checked unless and until the end of the year 2007 when the alarm really started making noises.
The people started thing otherwise as the value of the properties fell below the mortgage value of most of them. This was certainly a very big loss for them. Most of them faced the problem of the foreclosure. But they were able to do nothing. There was a stalemate situation for them. They did everything to come out of this deadlock. But deadlock is deadlock indeed. They were not able to come out of it.
The only landlords who were able to fight with the situation were the person who was having enough money under their belt. The properties whose values were around $300000 were sold at the price less than $50000. But the intellectuals realized that this was not going to be the situation for long time.
Most of the people decided that they should sell their property. But only the few realized that it was the time to safeguard their properties. Here came the application of the legal forms. Most of the people who were involved in the real estate field started to take precautions. They started giving their property on rent and got the landlord tenant form signed by the tenant. They also bought the foreclosure property and started giving them on rent. But as it has been told already, they got all the related legal forms signed. This made them feel a lot safer and they hence found themselves on the driver seat.
It is sad but it is the truth that those people who have the currency ready were the real profiteers, thanks to the legal forms which made them feel safer.
